I decided to visit Toronto in 2007 and it was to be my first trip into Canada, so obviously I was very excited at the prospect. Arriving at Toronto airport on a very empty Air Canada (nice planes..) from DC, I was taken into a smaller security check in to most of the other travellers while the visa I was on and my papers were checked. Last year on my visit to Canada i was lucky enough to visit the city of Toronto; here i have made a travel guide for all those who visit, but dont have long in the city, and therefore, want to make the absolute most out of its splendour! This review is about my time in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I spent just under two weeks in this province, and so I thought I would share my travel experience with everyone. I have been to Canada once before, however I was very young and thus didn't really get a feel for the province; I was too young to travel around and to young to do the things I enjoy doing now. Toronto is one of my favourite cities in the world. Two holidays and a years working holiday might have a lot to do with that though. I live in a smallish town so moving to a city as big as Toronto was quite overwhelming to begin with but I soon found myself feeling very much at home. GETTING AROUND I didn't live downtown but the subway made it really easy to get to. Compared to the London Underground, the TCC is the easiest subway to follow.
