If you’re after sun, sea and style this summer why not visit the beautiful coastal resort of Icmeler in Turkey. Surrounded by attractive mountain scenery the resort lies just 4km from the lively port town of Marmaris. As you stroll around the town taking in much of Turkeys culture you’ll soon feel right at home. There are a huge selection of bars and restaurants which all offer traditional Turkish cuisine of a high standard. With various karaoke evenings and Turkish nights you’ll soon get in that holiday mood. Icmeler sits along the Aegean Sea, which is warm and crystal clear. If you fancy some more action why not try one of many boat trips around various nearby Islands which is a nice relaxing day with lunch included. You could also try a Jeep Safari in which you get to experience much of Turkey’s true culture as you explore deeper into the countryside. The Turkish people are very friendly and will offer you anything from apple tea to a look around their house. If you’re planning to go then pile on the sun cream as temperatures some times reach over 35 degrees.
