Advantages: beaches, culture, restaurants, climate

Disadvantages: beaches can be dirty

I'm going to start my review with a few facts about Valencia, it is the third largest city in Spain and has their own language called "Valenciano" It is a really nice city and you could have a great time there.

There are many great hotels to stay in, loads of great restaurants, splendid weather, lots of things to do and many beaches to visit.

The City of Arts and sciences is another great "must see" attraction in Valencia, there is a museum, which is great to visit with or without kids. It is near the river "Turia" which is now a garden. It is a nice area to have an ice cream and just relax, there is also a playground area called "Gulliver" that is great fun for your kids.

The centre is great for shopping, "El Corte Ingles" will have everything you are looking for, clothes, books, sports equipment, gifts, and it also has a supermarket. There are many of these "El Corte Ingles" shops around town and you won't miss them. There are also buses that will take you directly to the centre.

Getting to the beach is also quite easy, you can get a number of buses that go right there, it is very hot on the beach if you are going at summer so make sure to bring sun cream and a hat. The water is nice and refreshing although the beach can sometimes be a bit dirty depending on the beach you go to.

The prices also are very reasonable when it comes to hotels or flights but make sure to book at least a month before your visit.

This is a great Spanish city to visit and has lots of culture and is fun for the whole family. The traditional valencian festival is called "Las Fallas" which is another great time to visit this great place.
