Last summer I went to Vigo on a cruise and as we approached the port at sunrise, the scenery was beautiful. It was cold and very breezy but cor was it nice. The sun was rising over the city and it looked beautiful. I do have one or two cons about it though. The city streets were very unstable and busy and especially at peak times was quite dangerous.
