Had my wedding here last summer and had a wonderful day. The staff were friendly and attentive. They liaised timings on the day with our photographers as the schedule needed to be adjusted slightly... because we decided to take everyone on the train ride as it was a lovely day. The food was amazing...the quality of the food with the portion size is absolutely amazing and I am sure you can not find that anywhere else especially at those prices! I was slightly disappointed about slightly was we had ordered the same meal for children as the adults were having only they were meant to be half portions, including starter....but it turned out on the day that they don't serve children soup, so I'd double check that with them if you were going for that option as you don't want hungry children at your wedding without a starter!

What can you do? Visiting the grounds of Haigh Hall is free, so you are able to visit and walk around the gardens and the woods whenever you like. The grounds are popular with dog walkers, bike riders, and families just using the large grassy areas or the playground on sunny days. ... Read the complete review
