I brought one of these notebooks over a week ago from ebay, picked it up for 150 pounds brand new including warrenty. I honestly could recommend this notebook enough. Its has a sleek and stylish design and is very light weight, weighing in at just under 3lb. My version runs on the Linux operating system which actually makes it about 150 ... They both start up quickly and operate commands almost instantly. The wireless function is great and the small size of the acer makes it easy to carry and feels sleek to the touch. The keyboard ... I have recently purchased the Acer Aspire One with 120gb of memory and 1gb of RAM from Tesco for £129.99 after seeing it advertised on www.hotukdeals.co.uk and I have to say that I am very impressed with it so far. I used to own an Auss EEEPC 701, but traded it in for the Acer. I don't regret it one bit. The first thing you notice is the screen. Although only 8.9", is very clear and bright.
