It's been 2, 5 years since I bought my Aspire one D-150, it was the fresh launch at that time, and the price still high, may about $500 in my country, Indonesia. The specification are enough for me as student, which have to do more multiple task, nevertheless the graphic ability is not sufficient for gaming or graphic purpose. The configuration was easy, and in that time was built in with windows XP. Most of my friends that use this netbook say it's "fix" for them, which mean enough to accommodate their purpose on do their own tasks.
Since the purchase, I even never go to repair center, the hardware still good, maybe just some old look like my fingerprint on case, or dust between the keyboard, LOL. I usually operate about 9hours a day, doing some task like browsing, gaming (often low-graphic required), multimedia player, and so on. I even try some CAD like 3ds, blender, and lots of them with no problem, except when attempt to render. The battery is can remain for 6 hours and more with sound on, or 4 hours when muted sound and bright display. And yes, you have to maintain the battery's durability with not plugging the battery as it use the AC power. In the past, often my Acer D150 crashed with something like mug, ashtray, or even I getting wet because raining and it still survive, truly hardy, LOL.
The conclusion, this netbook has not enriched with lots of features than recent fresh release has, but it's reliable and durability it's outstanding. Acer D150 rocks!
