memory just isn t big enough. It s a shame as the product is very attractive to look at, extremely light (I can slip it in my handbag), but for professional functionality it doesn t quite fit the bill. When the battery runs low, the screen also dulls, so at some points you may have to reach for the charger, just to brighten up the screen. I have been looking to purchase a netbook for a while. So why did I purchase the Asus Eee 1005P in particular? Well, despite not being as well known as other brands such as Dell, HP, etc. Asus have a great reputation amongst computer enthusiasts for good value and quality components (PC bits to the rest of us). The 1005P model in particular offers up to 11 hours battery life, which is fabulous compared to other similarly priced netbooks (such as the Samsung NC10, which offers just 4 hours).
