Advantages: Excellent size and features considering the spec

Disadvantages: keys are a bit small and battery life could be better

Your opinion of the Asus Eee will vary greatly on what you expect from it. If you know that what you are getting isn't exactly a full spec laptop and you want something cute, small and portable, then this is for you.

It is far from being an adequate replacement for a conventional laptop and the screen size will let it down. The features supplied aren't bad, for example you will have skype already installed which is good and there is a webcam so that you can immediately communicate with your friends.

I have quite small hands, but I do still find it a little bit difficult to target the keys properly without accidentally pressing the surrounding ones, which I think others would find a bit of a problem if they even had average sized hands.

Considering the specification of the computer it does function quite quickly and has little lag. The touch pad also responds well so using another mouse is not necessary although works as soon as it's plugged in.

This is probably the best sort of laptop for something who just wants to access their emails on the go and make use of wifi in hotels or other public places, for example, while being able to fit it in their handbag or even pocket!!

Summary: Wonderful to fit in your bag for access on the go but not suitable as a laptop replacement
