The LP8000S host adapter delivers exceptional performance through the use of Emulex's Dragonfly ASIC, a 266 MIPs on-board processor and state of the art dual-ported buffer memory. The LP8000S includes sophisticated capabilities such as full-duplex data transfers, full fabric support, parity protection and large data buffers.
