Advantages: Very dfast network connection device works well no issues

Disadvantages: The device is hard to install

I have finished building a pc for my home a few months ago and the network card of choice is the Startech 2 PCI Express. The manufactures are well known for there networking products as as the card was on offer I thought I would give them ago. The card came in hard plastic which was very difficult to open without causing damage to the card but after a lot of patience I managed to open the product.

The device is well made with all the components soldered well onto the circuit board. The card attaches to your PCI express slots on your motherboard so it will be necessary to check with your mother boards manufacture as you may not have the correct empty slots on your machine.
The device weights only 200gms which makes it very light for such a powerful network card and the price makes it great value for money The network card supports two cat 45 slots to allow full networking of the computer. The device supports 1GB data transfer making your network very fast indeed.

The product comes with a one year warranty which can be extended to a full five year policy with there care packages. The installation of the device can be quite tricky but a call to there customer services was a great experience as the issues were resolved by a very helpful person who know what she was talking about
In conclusion this device works very well and has been for the last few months
I don't have any network or communications and the network runs much faster than before
I would recommend this product to anyone.
