Allnet NAS Disk Server ALL6500 ... SMB/CIFS and Apple Share. The ALL6500 is plug & play if you have a DHCP server on your LAN. Otherwise, just run the Windows Setup program. The ALL6500 can also act as a DHCP Server, simplifying IP address management. When extra storage space is needed, you do not need to bring the existing server down nor change the configuration. ALL6500 connects to the network directly and operates independently from the existing file server. LAN administrators are able to manage all ALL6500 and users by using a web browser, regardless of their operating system. No special software is required. ALL6500 provides a central depository for database backup and archiving without the additional troubles. Once the disk is nearly full, the ALL6500 will immediately beep and an alert email will be soon sent to the administrator.
