Advantages: Big on space, small on size

Disadvantages: Big on repair cost, small on customer service

This is a GREAT product. Why? Well it has a lot of storage for one thing, and is fairly easy to set up. it connects to your network via USB or Category 5 'e' cables allowing soaring speeds. One thing i would watch out for would be the quality. While this hard drive it self is great one of my internal connections was a bit loose (i found this after opening it up when it mysteriously stopped working about a week ago) and not being especially 'tech savvy' and not owning a soldiering iron i sent it into Iomega for repairs. well the cost of that 'un was not impressive. £42 for shipping both ways and they wanted to charge me for repairs before i told them it was well under warranty.
So i would say: great for storage but be ware, if it is faulty it may cost you dearly...
