It works in conjunction with Alcatel OmniVista Air Control System (ACS) software, OmniAccess 1200 Access Points (APs) and third-party APs to provide network managers with a robust WLAN solution that enables business-critical wireless applications. The Alcatel OmniAccess 4102 WLAN appliance provides two 1000Base-SX Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, one for high speed connectivity to existing wire line devices, and the second for redundancy.
