The AXIS 150/152 connects one or two printers to your network, enabling the workgroup to share printers. Without being a "computer expert" you can install the AXIS 150/152 in minutes and take advantage of workgroup printing. For NetWare users the AXIS NetPilot installation program offers an easy alternative to PCONSOLE. A Wizard guides the user through the installation. The AXIS 150/152 allows print jobs to be sent directly from a PC to a printer without the need for a file server. Printing using file server is, of course, still supported. The 32-bit RISC processor, ETRAX, specifically designed for LAN products, generates significantly faster throughput than connecting your printer to a PC.
