Baytech DS 72 ... communicate with any of the RS232 devices connected to the unit. In addition, the DS72 also has a local RS232 access port for configuration and access or for use with an external modem for dial up access.

Along with the standard applications, the new DS72 (SNMP) has new helpful functions for the user. With SNMP, a user at an SNMP Management Station can remotely monitor the activity and parameters of network devices, such as the RMS current monitoring feature of the RPC units.
