Cisco Media Convergence Server 7815-1000 ... entry-level server in the media convergence server family of Cisco products. The Cisco MCS 7815-1000 is designed to provide a Cisco AVVID solution to locations with up to 200 lines installed. These locations can either be a standalone enterprise or a branch location of an enterprise Cisco AVVID network.

Cisco IP Telephony Starter Kit (MCS-7815-1000-KIT) allows a customer to experience IP telephony before deploying it on a greater scale. The kit includes Cisco MCS 7815-1000, Cisco CallManager Software, and five Cisco 7960 IP phones.
