Compaq Tasksmart C1500R ... TaskSmart C-Series is the first member of the Compaq TaskSmart family of appliance servers. The TaskSmart C-Series has all the features of an appliance server, and comes in three models. These models include the TaskSmart C2000R, the TaskSmart C1500R, and the TaskSmart C1200R. All three models provide significant performance enhancements (more than 10 times that of standard integrated caching solutions found on a proxy server) for caching web servers and accelerating data access to and from the Internet. In addition to raw performance, they also have a rich set of functions designed specifically for web/Internet caching.
