Digital DECserver ConX4 ... 10/100 LAN connection, Multiple Telnet Sessions, improved security via SSH, 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE), increased serial protocol support for RS422 and RS485 and a new, simplified web-based management are just some of the enhancements that will be implemented throughout the next year. For lower port density requirements, the ConX series will launch with the 4-port DECserver ConX4. The ConX4 will offer a 10/100 LAN connection and Multiple Telnet, allowing more than one Telnet session per port, supporting monitoring, capturing data, reviewing and diagnosing serial device activity.
