Wired is more secure; there is virtually no chance of anyone "listening in" to a wired network whereas, even encrypted wireless network traffic can be intercepted, especially if you are still only using WEP encryption or, worse still, not using any encryption at all. 	Linksys Phone Adapter PAP2 ... Linksys PAP2 phone adapter is a VOIP phone adapter, allowing you to change your regular telephone into a VOIP phone. This is useful as VOIP phones themselves are hugely expensive, and secondly USB VOIP phones only operate while your computer is switched on. Therefore by using this adapter you have a permanent phone line that gives cheap call rates all over the world at any time of the day! Installation is easy all you need to do is connect the PAP2 adapter to an Ethernet port on your network and connect your telephone to the adapter, and follow your VOIP providers instructions for setup. 	Edimax PS 1206P ... is a small print server made by Edimax. It connects to the printer via a parallel interface and connects to a router via an ethernet cable. This allows the printer to be accessed by any computer on the network. It comes in a small box containing the device, the power supply, the drivers and the booklet with setup instructions. The device attaches to the printer securely and easily. However the instructions in the booklet are cryptic at best. Written in "Japanese English", following them will not result in the device working.
