Installed at the Central Office (CO) or at the point-of-presence (POP), the Radiance R5000 Central Service Platform connects to the switch or router at service provider's network. The R5000 supports a complete line of Access Line Cards, Interface Line Cards and Management Line Cards. Radiance Access Line Cards provide the highest level of manageability including dynamic bandwidth provisioning, remote loopback testing, and analog statistics for power, temperature and optical laser levels employing the patent-pending technology. Radiance Interface Line Cards offer versatile speed, media, distance, and redundancy options to cost effectively distribute fiber optic connections in your network. 10Mbps, 100Mbps, 10/100Mbps, 1000Mbps, SONET and T1/E1 line cards are available, as well as Redundant Interface Line Cards for continuous availability.
