On second unit, and am about to return it also. The unit runs very hot, after about 3 weeks service deteriorates then have to reload. Usually at this point, a call to Netgear is needed as the unit has failed. Spoke to their suppport, they are clueless. Had to go through Corporate NetGear to get it replaced without paying for shipping. Problem: The product has no venting to aid in heat release, the components are marginally in (thermal) spec therefore over heating. Poorly designed product. BTW I have 35+ years product support..... not for Netgear.
