Had to go through Corporate NetGear to get it replaced without paying for shipping. Problem: The product has no venting to aid in heat release, the components are marginally in (thermal) spec therefore over heating. Poorly designed product. BTW I have 35+ years product support..... not for Netgear....more

On second unit, and am about to return it also. The unit runs very hot, after about 3 weeks service deteriorates then have to reload.
