Startech PCI3UV22F ... 2.0 ports and two FireWire ports, you'll be able to support a massive range of high-end peripherals like CD-RW/DVD-ROMs, removable hard drives, video cameras, hubs, digital camcorders/cameras, MP3 players and more.

Each of the three USB 2.0 ports provides up to 480 Mbits/sec of data transfer and is backwards compatible with USB 1.1 devices, so you can hang on to your older USB peripherals. The two FireWire ports provide up to 400 Mbits/sec of data transfer for your IEEE 1394a peripherals. The card offers Universal Plug and Play capabilities.
