... what I got was a very basic shoot 'em up, which was graphically fantastic, but impossible to play!
I think you need a big screen for this kind of game, with the ds there is just not enough accuracy and speed of control to allow you to play this game for a decent period of time. I am a fairly experienced games player and found this incredibly frustrating as the enemy were just too small to get anywhere near.

This game a) makes you blind and b) gives you some serious thumb ache. The resident evil franchise has been really good on the major consoles, so I was pleased to see that they had bought out a 'new' game in the series for the DS - especially since this one was in 3d! Unfortuantely, what I got was a very basic shoot 'em up, which was graphically fantastic, but impossible to play! I think you need a big screen for this kind of game, with the ds there is just not enough accuracy and speed of control to allow you to play this game for a decent period of time.
