Advantages: Talk to people, Adventures
Disadvantages: Have to buy weapons, Less boss's
This game was brought out on the Nes and was made by Konami in 1988. Its a one player Action/Adventure game and has passwords. At the end of the first Castlevania game, Dracula cursed Simon before he died. The only way to remove this curse is to find five of Dracula`s body parts (mysteriously spread through five different mansions) and then burn them. You start of in the town Jova. You have to go to the different mansions for your missions. Some of the mansions are hidden and need to be found. The town is simply the place where the mansions are. Along the way are tonnes more enemies than the first game. Even the amount of different enemies is much more. You can talk to the people in the town. But usually they give you worthless information or tell lies. Also the woman mostly just try and chat you up hehe. Also at night time the moon changes and the enemies have double strengh. They go back to normal once sun rise rises. Unlike the first game you have to buy whips. There are a few different ones to buy. A few more weapons can be bought but tend to run out quickly. A nice adventure game that lasts a while. Theres only three boss`s in this game including Dracula. They are easy just like the first game boss`s. I would also say the first game might be better. Although theres more excitment to this game. The Graphics are great but i prefer the way Simon looks in the first game. Tunes are great, many different ones. Gameplay excellent, this game will last a while. ---------------------------------------------- -------------------------------- -------------------------- The cart only sells around £4.20 to £11.50. A boxed game around £12.50 to £25 on Ebay
