Advantages: Great Graphics, Long gaming, Some awesome sound effects

Disadvantages: Can become a little tedious

Jet Force Gemini. Huge and 3D, with big guns. The best shoot 'em up adventure game I have ever played.

Some awesome graphics, sounds and storyline considering it is a shoot-em up.

First you will see a cut scene showing Juno, Vela and Lupus in their ship when they see on their screen Mizar's drone's killing, torturing and capturing the evil tribals. Then their ship starts tremble and shake so they run for the transporters and Juno gets ambushed by the drones so he gets split up and Juno finally escapes to his transporter but is way behind his team mates.

The object of this game is to save and liberate the tribals by splattering the drone's insides all over the place and touching the tribals. You make your way across all the planets upgrading your weapons capacity, collecting new weapons, collecting keys and saving tribals, collecting more life and collecting the heads of deceased drone's until you get to Mizars palace (who can only be defeated by Lupus). After Mizar is defeated he sends an asteriod towards Earth that will totally destroy it so you are given another mission to collect all the remaining tribals and the hidden ship parts to stop the asteriod.
Along the way of Juno's mission you will see lots of the story that you didn't know about come together, and you eventually catch up with Vela who then rescues Lupus. The three main characters of this game (Juno, Vela and Lupus) each have their own speacial abilities.

Vela - Can breathe underwater
Juno - Can stand hot temperatures and lava and fire.
Lupus - can hover and fly for a good five seconds on flat ground.

2 player/multiplayer - Once you have assembled all of the floyd pieces you can play co-operative where one person plays floyd and will automatically follow the active character around and help out by shooting things with his double pistols, you can play the floyd missions which require floyd to just fly through a m
aze collecting things in a time limit.

The multiplayer is great to and will keep you coming back after you have completed the mission. There is a choice of three options, Racing, target practice and death match.
The racing is very much like episode one: pod racer where you fly a small but very fast ship around a marked out track. You can collect extra speed, oil and proximity mines.

The target range is when 2 - 4 players have too shoot at pop up drone targets but miss the tribals.
The deatch match is where you select a number of lives and character and kill each other.
There is also a cheat menu. You can win cheats by collecting more and more ant heads.

The sound - The music is very good a bit like star wars I thought. The background noises are great too and very realistic and the characters you speak to make little gurgling noises.

The Graphics - The graphics for this game are superbly well done. 3D and a bit cartoony. The background are extremely good as well with huge interactive areas as well.
94%.

An excellent game for the N64 in its final years.
