Advantages: Fun, Multiplayer, Competitive
Disadvantages: None
I bought my children a Ninentdo 64 game console three years back and during that period the only game that I’ve actually every played with them was Fifa2000 (I always choose Brazil). However that was not until Mario Golf came along. They insisted that I play a game with them and after playing just once I am now an addict. I never really liked golf and found it rather boring, but after playing this game you get to understand what golf is about and I have now taken an interest in the game and watch it regularly on television. You select a character and the more you play the better he gets and the more enjoyable it becomes. The game offers match play, tournament play and practice rounds. The interaction between the players is humourous. The more rounds of golf you play, you gain experience points and then can customize what you want your character to improve on. There are many games available today but only a few get you addicted like this (especially to 37 year old’s like me). This game would genuinely help you play real golf, if you ever decided to take it up, as you begin to understand other things other than just hitting the ball, such as wind speed, wind direction and type of club to use, ground slopes etc etc. I give this one a Thumbs Up.!
