Given the great success of MarioKart on the SNES, the N64 gave Nintendo a great opportunity to create a real classic of a game. However, in my view, the game, despite is crisp graphics and enjoyable sound was let down in a number of areas. Firstly, the battle mode was no where near as good as it should or could have been. I never had the pleasure of owning a SNES so I could not get the first mario kart. For me this deffinately makes up for it. The game contains 4 tournaments each with four tracks to race on. The graphics for the game may be a little bland but they are as good as they need to be. This game is about sheer entertainment and gameplay. The ... Read the complete review

It isn't particularly difficult to complete in 1 player mode but when it comes to the multiplayer it really comes into its own. Although each of the cars have ... Read the complete review

The game is based around Mario and all his friend racing around courses on go-karts,the players can drop items including banana skins and ... Read the complete review

This game is now getting reletively old but its game-play and quality graphics have yet to be improved upon. This game is not for the hard-core race fan, the carts can be a little on the clumsy side in cornering and the acceleration of the carts is a bit irregular - but this game isn't designed to be realistic. The single player game ... Read the complete review

A little disappointed. It's not really surprising considering the 18 month build up that MK64 had. I'm from the generation who has spent more time playing the original than every other game put together. The sun coming up has seen us going down rainbow road on far too many occasions, with stary eyes and blistered thumbs. ... Read the complete review

You can play with fpour good friends on aone screen and drive against each other, We often play, the looser had to pay the next round or other things like walking like a chicken. A little bit of Alkohol and also adults are able to have a lot of fun with that game ... Read the complete review
