Advantages: Great, classic

Disadvantages: Somehow dissapointing

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with Super Mario 64. It is undoubtedly a great game, and certainly a wonderful showpiece for the N64, with wonderful 3D graphics and control. However, my feeling is that there is just too much to do, and some of the levels seem just too big and over complicated. I guess I just don't have the patience for this sort of game - I would have preferred to have had simpler levels with more obvious goals. I guess I'm just a "get from the start of the sideways scrolling platform level to the end" kind of guy. Still, a very good game none the less and great fun.
