After the first game I was looking forward to playing thisand it did not dissapoint. The game follows on in the mold of the original, in other words, vast, violent and extremely bloody
Each level is 3 times the size of the original's, spanning a massive area equivalent to 3 miles in real time. This makes navigation tricky at times, but a good map helps massively. A fine selection of extremely hard weapons makes removing dino brain far2easy.
Saying that the skill level involved is extremely high, multiple dinosaurs comin' @ u requires very quick reactions. It took me a hell of a long time to finish the game and admittedly, levels are pretty similar but it definately kept me there. If you've got 60 hrs to waiste ( oh those student days) then buy it, but don't be suprised to hear the clock strike 4 on many occassion.
