Wave Race 64 is an unusual game. When it first came out it was (as far as I know) the first modern Jet Ski game. The graphics are very good - the water looks so real you`ll swear you`re getting wet!

the idea of the game is that you are controling a Jet Ski. There are a variety of things you can do ranging from just riding it round and doing what you want, racing other people, and having a go on a stunt course. You get points for doing stunts like riding while facing the wrong way, doing loops or barrel rolls.

The sound is quite good, but not as good as the graphics. The gameplay is good to start with, but unfortunately it can get a bit limited because all you do is race round on a jet ski.
