Wcw vs NWO world tour is a nintendo 64 classic! This was the first game I purchased when I bought the system. The graphics are typical nintendo 64 graphics, and the sound is right up there with it. However, the gameplay is very fun. The grappling system makes a lot of sense. To grapple with someone, you press the A button. If you tap ... Read the complete review

Looking back this game looks a little dated, but it holds a special place in my gaming heart as it was the first of the THQ/AKI partnership that brought us the best wrestling games ever made. The graphics don't hold up that well now and the gameplay seems a little slow but at the time I was blown away by this game. I didn't have an N64 when this ... Read the complete review

WCW vs now: World Tour is one of the first games that I bought for the Nintendo 64. When it was released it was one of the top range games in gameplay and graphics. You can choose from a variety of WCW wrestlers, including Hulk Hogan, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerro, Kevin Nash, Sting, and many, many more. There are a number of different ... Read the complete review

I think this game is one of the best games out for the N64 right now. The game is very addictive, especially with multiple players. It is worth the money just to play the Battle Royal feature of the game. The downside of this game is the sound. First of all, I think it needed some sort of commentator to replace the monotonous music that ... Read the complete review

General/Summary: The wrestling game that started it all! All the good wrestling games are based on this. This game still being good after the release of Revenge, WM2K and No Mercy (the other THQ wrestling games). Now that I own WM2K I play it more, of course, but before it I spend weekend after weekend playing this game with my friends. That was ... Read the complete review

This game is not good. Take my word for it. The game features WCW star roster from 1997 including superstars such as: Hollywood Hogan, Sting, Lex Luger, The Giant (Big Show), Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Syxx (X-Pac), Ric Flair, Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit, Glacier, Wrath, Diamond Dallas Page, Macho Man Randy Savage, Buff Bagwell, Rick ... The Nwo/Wcw were the two greatest factions in wrestling when wcw was on top there was a recruiting war and all sorts, but now it is out of date it is quick to play. I have played many hours of gameplay although it does involve button bashing . The wrestlers are mostly up to date but now most and leaving and new are coming they should then updates ... This was good for its day but has now been well and truely beaten. There are many good points about the game, though. There are loads of charecters, all with many moves, you can play tag, 3 on 1, royal rumble, there are loads of options! You can also get out of the ring and pick up many things such as, bats, chairs, tables etc! This makes the game ... Read the complete review

This is a pretty slow game but it is preety good and easy to play. When I played on the game I did not get board of it at all it is class. The wrestlers are all up to date apart from the Giant and all of the wrestler have there own moves that makes it even better same with wrestlers in the way of up to date. This is a good game maybe the best on ... Read the complete review

This game is quite enjoyable for a while. It has good sharp graphics lots of moves and characters, some out of ring weapons and lots of other options such as tag team, royal rumble all the normal. The thing is unless you are a real fan of wersltling which I am not you may find it a bit boring. The gameplay is very linear and basic, once you have ... Read the complete review
