Advantages: Gameplay is fun and nostalgic

Disadvantages: Little bit dated for newer fans

Well this was the follow up to WCW Revenge on N64, THQ/AKI had dumped the WCW brand and went with the more popular WWF at the time. The game kept the same dynamics as WCW Revenge, only it speeded up the gameplay a good bit and added a few more moves and variations of move types as well as the hugely popular Create a Wrestler mode.

They also added a "Road to Wrestlemania" storyline mode which could see many popular WWF superstars and their moves unlocked the further you got. This was a pretty deep storymode at the time and set this apart from its predecessors.

The roster was packed full of the best WWF Stars at the time from Stone Cold to the Rock to the Undertaker. All with their taunts and finishing moves down to a tee. Plus if there were any superstars that you liked that weren't in the game, there was very simple Creation mode where you could customize any wrestler with great ease yet astounding accuracy.

This also added in a cage match and Special Referee match which hadn't been previously seen on the N64, the match types along with Royal Rumbles and tag matches were good as they increased the longevity of the game.

Over all Wresltemania 2000 still plays well and looks ok for an N64 game and is strill fun to play multiplayer with friends. I'd recommend it as you can pick it up real cheap now.
