	Mario Kart DS (DS) ... kart is a great game where you get to shoot things such as: green shells, red shells, bananas, king boo and of course wing shells! In the ds version of Mario kart it has king boo which steels the item off the person in front of you (which by the way is so cool).Mario kart is a game based on racing each other on races as different characters and with different carts or bikes. A fantastic game for any age group. Also you can play it against your friends wireless which makes it really fun. It s really good for travelling because it takes up some time. 	Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games (DS) ... and sonic the big names of the 90s, now together at the Olympic games. The principles of the game are good, you are given a choice of how to play, whether you choose to play as a single player, a multi player, where up to 6 of you can play or a versus the system. The graphics are generally good, although there is still room for improvement, the majority of the action is using your stylus, but each game does have the instructions displayed for you before each game. Once you go into the game you allocate yourself a character, there are 16 to choose from, you then use your character to win medals, as per the olympics, you get bronze, silver and gold medals. 	Sam Power Firefighter (DS) ... (sorry,I mean Father Christmas!) bought this game for our five year old son, as he is mad about fire engines. I do feel that at five he is really still a little too young for computers and consoles, but hey, he s a kid and he loves them so we ve allowed him to use my Nintendo DS when we have travelled and more recently for short intervals at home.
