Advantages: so many advantages, fun, educational and something for everyone

Disadvantages: its addictive!

A must have game for every DS owner. I was given this for my birthday in July 07 and have literally played something on it every single day since.

The variety of games and levels ensure that there is something for every age. For instance, I can play bowling against by 3 and 4 year olds and then games like rummy and word balloon (a variation of hangman) against my hubby.

It has varous old favourites likes dots and boxes, dominoes and chess as well as newer animated games like takeover and soda shake.

There is a game to suit every situation whether you are wanting to play alone, with friends or across the internet.

As a single player there are 3 modes of play: Free play, stamp and Mission. Free play is just that, you can play any game and adjust the settings ie number of players and background design, in Stamp mode you play each game in order to unlock some of the games and levels. Mission mode is just that..you are set missions to pass in order to unlock player icons.

There are one or two games that could, in my opinion, have been left off...but I am sure there are people out there who enjoy them as much as I enjoy other ones!

Its great to play just for fun or to learn new games, I have learnt backgammon which I have wanted to do for years.

Overall I totally recommend this game, I could write so much more about it, but a word of warning....be prepared....its addictive!
