This was a game I picked up mainly because it was quite cheap and looked like it could be really good and I am glad I did. This game has a selection of lots (well, 42) of great games including some which you have heard of and some you won`t have! The type of game varies from card games, board games, action games and many more. This ...

I was bought this as a present, and when I opened the wrapping and first saw it I wasn't overly impressed as I am not much of a card player and first glance of the cover made me think it was just about card games. How wrong I was.... This game is suitable for everyone. It does contain card games like Rummy and Solitaire, but it also ...

I absolutely love this game it keeps me entertained for hours. There is a huge variety of games to choose from, everything from solitaire to darts. It would be very hard for everyone who plays it not to find something that they like. You also have options of how to play the games, you can choose the games that you play by ...

I really like this game, I honestly only brought it because it was cheap. And I only really use it for playing card games when commuting.
However it is fun and straight forward to use, the controls are easy and the rules are really easy to understand should you need them. I have never played the chess games etc because they don't really interest me.
But I do like this game for passing the time.

42 All-Time Classics brings the best-loved card games, board games and parlour games to the Nintendo DS. The controls are simple and there's also a multiplayer mode that pits your skills against players across the world. Some of the 42 games include draughts, darts, poker, bridge, backgammon and billiards, so something should be up your street as ...

I bought this game as I thought it could be played alot more than the DS games where you have to follow a mission, as it had a lot more variety. There are 3 modes in which you can play in single player mode, mission, stamp and free play. Free play entitles you to play any game at any level. Stamp means that you work you way through all ...

I bought this for my husband as he loved this sort of thing but ended up keeping it for myself after a couple of go's on it. Lots of variety to the games from card games - some of which I'd never heard of before - to classics like backgammon and maijong - both particular favourites of mine. You can play either against the ...

This game will keep you entertained for hours. As the name suggests, it has 42 games from which to choose, including card games, board games and action games - a large variety which will appeal to everyone. There are a range of levels, going from basic games to intermediate, so you can set yourself harder challenges as you go on, if this is what ...

This was probably my favourite DS game. Not only are there 42 games but if you look into each individual one you can play them using a different set of rules, and this is also allowed when playing multiplayer i.e. with darts there are three types of play that you can do. You have three different game modes on the main menu - Free Play - Stamp Mode ...

42 All Time Classics is a highly entertaining game. It feaures many card games, including Rummy and Cheat, and also has other games, including Ludo and Bowling. I've found that this is a good game to play wirelessly with other people as there's such a wide selection of games to choose from. There's also the option of ...

This was the first game that I bought when I got my Nintendo DS. It only cost £9.99 and included solitaire, which was my reason for purchase. For the first few months I only played soliaire and Mahjong and whiled away quite a few hours this way. Recently I have had to be in hospital for a number of months and took this game in with me. With so ...

42 All-Time Classics is another one of the Nintendo DS's Touch Generations games. These games are intentionally made to be easy for non-gamers to use. Don't let this put you off if you are a more experienced gamer however as 42 All-Time Classics is very good. Being a Touch Generations game it is also very affordable. The majority of DS games cost ...

Having seen the advertisements and read a couple of reviews for this I took the plunge and purchased it. I must say I was disappointed. Ok there are a lot of games to play including a lot of classic board games, card games etc etc. However I felt that a lot of the games had become classics because they were fun to play with other ...

For some entertainment on a car journey, or just to dip into this is a great game, lots of variation so Im sure anyone will find something they like. It works well because its "simple yet effective". Its worth pointing out it has flaws, mostly small irksome things, but enough. The poor grahpics I find dulls the enjoyment in ...
