mr_nadge Guitar Hero On Tour (DS): ... Hero is a massively succesful video game franchise. The game is simple. Play the guitar (& in later games drum & sing) along with a song on the console. However until this game, it was only available on the home based consoles where you would play with a big plastic guitar. Guitar Hero On Tour takes you out of your home & allows you to play the game on the move. It does this by providing a grip p...

moo2moo Jewel Quest Expedition (DS)
... Quest is incredibly basic and very very addictive. Simply swap the position of two adjacent jewels to make 3 or more in a row. The longer your row the more points you get and crucially, in the early stages of the game, every position on the board thats occupied with the jewels in your row turns gold. The object of the game is to turn the whole board gold before you run out of time. Nothings ever that simple though. DocDan3 Tony Hawk's American Sk8land (DS)
... Hawk s American Sk8land is a pretty good game for the Nintendo DS as it s fun to play and contains a whole load of tricks to pull off like all the other Tony Hawk s games. It makes great use of the DS microphone and touch screen for controls and voice chat online. The main story mode as cut scenes, which gives the game a bit of a story although it s pretty poor. The challenges within the story include many things such as pulling off tricks worth a certain amou...

robertjb Guitar Hero On Tour (DS)
... you have ever wondered how Activision could squeeze any more money out of the Guitar Hero franchise, it would always have been through the Nintendo DS. Millions of people own the DS but how does the gameplay transfer to the hand-held? Instead of being able to hold a guitar the DS version comes with an accessory which plugs into your gameboy advance slot. You then hold the DS by the strap attached to the accessory and hey presto. To play any notes in the game you have to hold down the correct coloured button, then use the included guitar plectrum to touch the bottom screen of your DS. The tracklist on the game is quite good: Blink-182 - "All The Small Things&qu...
