mchitty Glory Days 2 (DS): ... have never played or even heard about Glory Days 1, however after hearing a very positive view of this sequel from a friend, I made it my business to check this game out. Glory Days 2 is a very interesting combination of genres. On one hand, it s a very straightforward side-scrolling arcade shooter. You pilot an aircraft, and armed to the teeth with guns, bombs and missiles you MUST make it your business to blow u...

LethalUK Road To Vegas (DS)
... wanted a game for my holiday to Vegas and I saw this and thought, what a good idea! The game looked good and had lots of minigames to play. However, I was wrong, the game is rubbish and boring. The game has many problems and nothing good. The graphics aren t very good at all, some of the worst on the DS. The framerate is very bad and the game crashes a lot. The gameplay isn t very good either. The minigames are mostly boring, but some are good. They are very boring and get very repetitive. After a few hours, you will be very bored and will go back to playing other games. The games don t play like the real games and are a total dissapointment. There is no onli...

... To Vegas on DS is absolutely awful, the graphics look good in reviews but don t let this fool you like it did me! Out of the 27 mini-games available I was expecting to find just ONE that was any good, but I was wrong - every game is really bad. The fruit machines play nothing like real arcade machines (i.e. Crazy Fruits) and will bore you to death, especially the machines that only require you to pull a single lever! If developers are going to include fruit machines in their games then they should at least visit a proper arcade so they can see what makes a fruit machine fun, and this is often the feature board. With so many other good games available for DS there i...

frohmann Glory Days 2 (DS)
... you own a DS or not, chances are that you have NOT heard of Glory Days 2 (GD2). It is not exactly the most publicised nor best selling of games on the DS. According to Amazon s sales rank, GD2 is 2601th on the list of bestselling games on all platforms. Compare that with Brain Training (13th on ALL platforms) and 42 All Time Classics (21st) and you get the picture that GD2 is not exactly in the mainstream. I stumbled upon this game by chance whilst browsing in a high street store. Personally I find that a huge chunk of DS games do not appeal to me. GD2 seemed a departure from the normal offerings of brain training style games and children s games- I m not keen o...
