	Mechanic Master (DS) ... consoles like the Game Boy & the Nintendo DS have always had a good stable of puzzle games to draw from. This is a little different though. It is a puzzle game. But it is a thinking type (like say, Professor Layton) as opposed to an action type (like say, Tetris). On each level you are presented with a puzzle. The aim of which is to remove all the aliens from the screen. The screen is always static & only moves when you tell it to. You are given different pieces to help solve the puzzle. Some are Robots that move. Some are tennis balls that drop. If you put the pieces in the right place & press action the puzzle will solve itself. The game is fun ... 	Mechanic Master (DS) ... saw this game advertised a few months ago, and I got really excited. As a big lover of old-school PC games, this game immediately reminded me of a similar game I played about 10 years ago (Sid & Al s Incredible Toons). I was desperate to get it, and upon receiving it I played it straight away. Mechanic Master is a simple idea. You need to alter existing situations, or create from scratch, machines and methods in which to kill (or, more gently, simply remove) aliens. 	Mechanic Master (DS) ... i first saw this game advertised i assumed it was some sort of game whereby you had to fix cars in a garage, how wrong was i!! Baiscally it s a logic/skill game whereby you have to kill aliens... sounds a bit strange i know! but believe me there s a lot more involvement than that. You have to assemble certain pieces of machinery in order to move a rolling ball which then triggers something else which then triggers something else and kills the alien. After the first 2 challenges you think ah this is easy! I got to about the tenth level i think before giving in and looking up the solution online!
