Open Season (DS) ... review is for the Nintendo DS game, Open Season, published and developed by Ubisoft. The game is an arcade adventure game, based on the animated film of the same name. You start off playing the game in the countryside and you need to get back to the city, and you alternate control between Boog the bear and Elliot the deer. The game scrolls sideways and is partly an arcade game and partly a puzzle game. In many locations you have to use the two characters to work together to progress through the game, because each of the characters have different abilities, so Boog can t jump, but he can throw Elliot, and so many of the tasks and puzzles you face have to be solved ... Animal Genius (DS) ... review is for the game Animal Genius for the Nintendo DS and the game was developed by Big Blue Bubble and published by Ubisoft. The aim of the game is to go round five different levels and learn more about the animals in each area. The game is educational, and is based around the five main levels, rain forest, arctic, sea, grasslands and woodlands. The problem however with educational software is that it is difficult to merge both educational value and fun value. This game doesn t really succeed in that aim either and isn t likely to appeal to most children for very long. Star Wars - Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (DS) ... game is now old news and I would not reccomend you get it as it is outdated and the newer games are much better especailly the lego star wars ones. However the game entails you playing as either luke skywalker, or obi wan kenobi and you battle through the game like a old school retro side scoller beat-em-up but with lightsabers for the added star wars effect. The game can be played with controls or touch screeen but becomes very repetative as the attacks you can use do not vary that much. The game engine is old and if you saw the GBA version you will se it is the same on both. The graphics look really bad in this game and it also has a flight part of the game cont...
