 ... This isn't helped by the poor camera angles that also plagued the original. The sound is also pretty repetitive, I presume this was down to the memory storage of the cartridge. So the story has you chasing a treasure but the game is so very linear you don't really get to choose where to go. Apart from that there are traps to avoid, walls to climbs, rooftops to jump across, and lots of repetitive action fights to face. I originally played this on the PC and thought why not give the DS version ago. Part of me wishes I hadn't bothered. The graphics and game play both fall short of what was a pretty good game. This is an action adventure game that requires a lot of fluidity but it is hindered by the poor handling of controls. It is too frustrating to find out the controls aren't being responsive when you are in a battle. This isn't helped by the poor camera angles that also plagued the original. This is an in depth action adventure game for the DS and i was quite engaged for the reason that the controls are easy and the attacks are great. It is not too easy but not too difficult. You would not get stuck for so long that you would give up on the game.. The story is only mediochre and very typical of any action adventure and the story is quite long so it is worth your money. It doesnt use the touch screen very much which is a shame as it is on the DS, but nevertheless it is a good game.
