Advantages: Great for all ages
Disadvantages: Some tests take a few attempts to get the hang of them
Big Brain Academy is a brain-training educational game which tests your 'brain weight' across 5 areas: Think (logic based), Analyze (reason based), Compute (maths based), Identify (visual based) and Memorize (memory based) to give you a total weight, a grade and a job suggestion based on how well you have performed across the areas. You can improve upon a particular area in Practice mode to get medals in each game. You can also play against a friend in Versus mode. To find out your brain weight and grade, use to Test mode to receive one test from each section. The games themselves are really funny and have a lot more variety than other brain training games. Its deceptive simplicity makes this a great game for kids as it will keep them amused whilst they learn. The games really do test your brain in a lot of different ways and improve the speed of your thinking. The practice mode is also quite satisfying as you can see the improvement between first playing a game yo getting a gold medal for it.
Summary: Fun and educational
