Advantages: Great addictive gamepley!

This is really a nostalgic game and for it to be brought on the DS is fantastic! I am disappointed that it doesnt make full use of the stylus and touch screen but the mic is great for defusing bombs in special modes. It has single player and multiplayer modes, but no wifi.

the principle is that you are in a maze like grid and you have to place bombs to bomb away the obstacles/boxes which may contain powerups, pick them up be stronger, get bigger flames, walk faster, more bombs etc. The aim is to bomb all other monsters in story mode, in multiplayer or arcade it is to bomb other players.

The single player mode is great but is easy to complete, and gets you into the game, with 10 full levels, where you must bomb the monsters and beat the game, advancing through difficulty. It is not very difficult and can be completed in a few days.

The single player arcade and the multiplayer has long lasting gaming value, with loads of different levels and special obstacles etc. It lacks wifi support but is still great multiplayer, and is one of the best multiplayer games out there, for alot of family addictive fun!

There are loads of other bomberman games out now, so considering that, perhaps you should buy those instead, as most of them will contain the basic multiplayer functions, and the basic game functions which this game is solely about. Well worth playing!

You can get this for around £15 now at major stores and online so grab it!
