Advantages: Increases problem solving ability
Disadvantages: None!
Nintendo does it again! This game is even more challenging than the first! Hard to believe but it is; it offers the user the option to develop the skills that they may have acquired by using the original Brain Age game.
If you have not played the original your ability to play this game will not be affected. In fact, the two games have their similarities and differences which is what makes it a good purchase. Nintendo take simple tasks that we take for granted, such as counting money and then ask us to complete tasks under time pressures.
To begin with when your brain age is calculated you simply think... No way! I'm better than that and that is what drives you to play more and more!
We use this game as family entertainment which helps to maintain a healthy balance between competitiveness and family rivalry! My younger sister is actually doing better in Numeracy and Literacy at school as she is able to concentrate for longer periods of time without complaining of boredom.
A must have purchase!
Summary: A must have purchase!

- 08/06/08 Welcome to Dooyoo.
If you want higher ratings you need to add more info on things like what you do in the game (e.g. is it a RPG, First Person Shooter or a Strategy game?), the graphics (e.g. is there any slowdown, how do the characters look and what do the environments look like), the sound (e.g. soundtrack, effects, voice acting etc.) and how much content there is (e.g. how long did it take you to finish, were there any side missions and was there online play?). If you need any more advice send me a PM. |
