Novelty (Brain Training (DS))
Member Name: loola
Advantages: good way to warm your brain up for the day ahead Disadvantages: can become frustrating At first this was brilliant I used it every day and could see I was getting better with the games and could tell which areas I needed improving on. The novelty lasted for me about 6 weks and I did it nearly every day as I felt the need to improve but then I started getting bored with the ones I had excelled at and frustrated with the challenges I couldnt get on with. All in all thugh I found it a good slightly addictive game and it was handy when my fiance began playing on it as it turned into a bit of a competition. Definately found it easier to play in the morning rather than at the end of the day when my brain was tired. I dont feel it improved my overall brainpower though, but maybe if I had stuck with it and proceeded onto brain training two it would have been of more benefit. Have kept it so who knows maybe I will pick it back up again one day. Summary: overall a good novelty buy |
