Brain Training is one of the first games that i would recommend to start with when you have first purchased your DS. It is a game i would recommend for adults more then children. It gives you a series of different brain challenges and then works out your brain age, however i found that it all depends on how you are feeling on the day you do it. If your tired your reactions are not as quick hence you would get a lower score. The challanges are good, there is one that you have to say the colour of the written word a little embrassing if you are in a public place shouting out words. There is a mathamatical one were by you have a 100 math sums to do in the shortest time. It is a game that becomes addictive trying to get your brain age down as it monitors you signing in every day to do it. Good game.
