Advantages: Brain training supposedly makes your brain younger!

Disadvantages: repetitive

I have always been a bit of a game addict, and often find an excuse to 'use' my son's Ninetendo DS. I did order Brain training hoping it would encourage my son to practice his mental skills, but now I am totally addicted. I train everyday and make sure I do a brain age check, trying to maintain an optimum 20 years old!
It is quite a hard and frustrating game for children and many adults. It is also quite repetitive, as you practice the same skills each usage. I feel you need to be of a certain personality to enjoy Brain Training as I know my husband is not interested in these kind of games at all and would throw the machine out the window with utter despair.
However, if you enjoy mental games and solving mathematical questions, you will enjoy this. In the back of my mind I hope it is making my brain younger.....who knows!

Summary: I'm addicted... and my brain is younger now!!
