I bought this game just after xmas last year as part of a 2 games for £20 deal. Being a cheaper game i wasnt expecting a extreamly great and long game but was plesantly suprised by the story which suprise suprise is "im a celebrity, in the jungle with some other famous people!!
The main controls for the game are by using the stylus so playing is very easy for al ages. The game has many little games for when you do smaller tasks such as searching for fish, fruit, bamboo etc. These in them selfs are quite addictive as you want to do better each time you get one! For example when you find a bamboo hiden around the land scape you have to cut the bamboo by running your stylus from left to right on the screen as fast as you can to get as much bamboo as possible. This makes you want to beat your score and earn more and more each time you play.
Talking to the other celebritys can get a little repetitive but when asked to find something by one it creates a whole new game mode to complete. Each day bushtrucker trials take place and you have to beat the others to avoid being sent home and these range from the yukky eating trials where you have to control your chucking up reflex to under water swimming games.
Of cource i won but unless you try hard to loose everything i expect thats the way the game is meant to finish. For me there wasnt actually enough to do in the game and apart from cooking the meal at night times its quite a simple game. The days are quite short and if you try to stay out in the jungle past sunset someone comes and takes you back to camp.
For the price it was a good game to try out and keep you busy for a few hours but as i completed the game in 5 days it isnt as long or detailed as it could have been.
If your looking for a cheap game to complete quickly then i highly recomend for a good laugh (my other half thought it was highly amusing when im shouting 'come on move it' to my in game charecter!) but if your looking for a long hard game to complete then this isnt it.
