Advantages: great game, long story, lasts ages, lots of characters, replay value

This is an amazing game, especially for the anime buffs out there. Probably the best fighting game on ds. The graphcs on this game are really good, stay focused to the anime style characters they are portraying.

Now the gameplay is awesome, you have your story mode where you get to pick your characters and fight against either other people or complete tasks. There are loads of great characters over 100 probably however some of these are only suport characters. They will pop up when you tap them just to do one move on your opponent or heal you or something. The there is around 30 playable characters. You pick you characters by filling up a 4x4 grid like a comic stip. Each character and support character takes up different amount of squares. And you just pick the ones you want and can fit on your little grid. You can have 4 main characters or chose to have 1 main character to use and lots of support characters. This greatly enhance the gameplay.

The actual story mode is where you have to either beat up people in time limits, not get hit for a certain amount of time, use a special move to kill everyone that kinda thing. Really fun plus each game has 5 objectives. The main one to pass the level and then 4 option things like complete level in under 30 seconds or dont use the Y button attacks.

The game is fun and addictive, plus the characters all have different moves and abilities some have a triple jump which is awesome. Which means you have to chose characters to suit the stage objective as well as the ones you like.

The game difficulty is fairly difficult at times, but generally quite average. Then on top of this game play you can go and play your mates which is amazing because obviously 4 player battle will be intense, and much harder than play the CPU.

This game will keep you entertained for hours and hours, the game overall is one my all time favoutires especially as it is a portable brilliant fighter.
