Great idea and effective - I'd reccommend it!

I have wanted to become ambidextrous for a long time, and so did not hestitate when I saw this for only 4.99. I think it is a great idea, and I have noticed differences after day 1.

It can feel a bit wierd to use you other hand, but the games in the five levels are fun and motivating; the first few being quite easy, and some later ones being more difficult. You can also go back and improve you "good hand" score after you've matches it with you other hand. I think the hardest is the music one, but overall is challenging, but possible. Unfortunately, you can finish these quite quickly - we could do with more levels!

Though some people might find this game frustrating and/or boring, I like it and think I will comtinue playing it for a long time. I'll admit it is mot for everyone, but I'm sure many people, like myself, will enjoy playing it.

Another clever invention for the Nintendo DS

      Left or Right Ambidextrous Challenge

Left or Right Ambidextrous Challenge is another game similar to the Brain Training, Eye Sight Training style of Nintendo DS Game. The game is aimed at developing skills so that your hands can keep the same pace as your brain, whether you are left handed or right handed. There are a number of challenges in the same so you will not get bored and each challenge helps you improve the ability to use both hands, left and right. The game does this by using different challenges. There are up to fifteen different challenges which test your accuracy, association, recognition, speed, memory and your strategy. To play, you hold your console sideways as though it was a book and rotate it, which will intern improve your coordination between the dominant and non-dominant hands. You can also play against your friends with this game as it has wireless multi-player. So if you like a challenge - this is for you!

At first I was sceptical about this game. How can a game help your hand coordination? I have tried this a few times and have to admit I haven't noticed a difference but I don't think I have really played it enough yet to notice. However, I will keep you updated if there is a change!!
I think it is a brilliant idea that games such as Left or Right are being created, just like Brain Training etc. Not only can you use your console to get hours of entertainment by playing your favourite games, but you can now change your body physically and in a healthy way.

The game costs roughly £16.98 on Amazon. I think the game is slightly more expensive in shops such as Game and Gamestation.
